How Long Has Association Elections Been In Business?
Association Elections started out in 2001 as a full service survey company with large clients such as the National Association of Home Builders, American Heart Association, Honda, Toyota, American Academy of Audiology among many others. We did our first election in 2004 when we realized how beautifully designed our survey platform was for conducting elections. We've been doing elections ever since.
How Many Candidates and Categories Can I Have?
Our system is capable of handling an unlimited number of candidates combined with an unlimited number of categories. It is also capable of running multiple page elections which works quite well for associations that also need to run simultaneous regional elections.
What does an election cost?
We appreciate that our simple pricing structure is difficult to believe, but it really is just 45¢ per member that is eligible to vote, or $700 which ever is more. All in, no surprises.
Do I need to learn relearn your system every time you perform an upgrade?
We understand that most clients only run one election per year. Which means if we continuously innovate then every year our clients will be required to relearn our system. We think that's a terrible burden to place on our clients, yet innovation is a cornerstone of our business. So, we innovate, and we run the system. No... There is nothing for you to learn. Not the first year, or any year thereafter.
Are there really no hidden costs?
Simply put... No.
What are your system limitations?
the system we use to run our elections is also capable of running surveys. Every year our system runs a survey that is 72 pages long 1,000 questions, and we collect 110,000 completed surveys... All in 30 days. That's so far beyond the requirements of any possible election, that for all purposes, we have no limitations.
We run multiple elections throughout the year, how do you handle that situation?
Based on the similarity, and complexity, of each of the elections, we have special pricing for high volume clients. Feel free to call or email us to discuss your specific requirements and we'll discuss preferential pricing structures.
Can your system handle bylaws changes?
All the time. We upload the bylaws as a PDF which can be viewed from within the voting page prior to submitting the vote. It works perfectly and is enjoyed by almost every client at some point in our relationship.
What is your turn around time between sending the information and seeing a demo?
We request four working days, but typically have a demo in our clients hands within a day or two at the most.
Can we add voters mid-election?
Yes, it's easy to add new voters as long as they are sent in their own file. We don't accept replacement voter lists midstream.
Do you offer certification letters?
Yes, we have a template certification letter that we fill in with your specific details that is then signed by our President.
Can we create custom election banners and graphics for you to use?
Absolutely. Anything you want to send us is happily included in your online election.
